	– a Limited Company incorporated in Süssen, Germany in 1981 is world pioneer in development of Electrical Engineering CAD/CAE softwares with over 20,000 installations in organizations like Equipment Designer & Manufacturer, Petrochemicals, Power Plants, Metals, Cement, Pulp etc.
	TCS is first in the world to introduce 3rd generation CAE system with Object Oriented Technology (OOT) background. SIGRAPH-CAE is the latest development of TCS together with SIEMENS.
	– a Limited Company with its head office in ULM, Germany is one of the biggest E-CAD product provider in the world holding a substantial share of world E-CAD market.
	CIM-TEAM’s own development of E-CAD is E3 series and its latest addition is PROMIS series taken over from TCS. Through a VAR (Value Added Reseller) agreement, AMB holds the right of marketing CIM-Team’s products in India.

	TCS does a business of 4.5 million Euro in a year, all over the world. AMB’s volume of business since its inception has been around Rs 10 crores. AMB expects a fast growth in its business hereafter at the rate of Rs 1.5-2.0 crores a year.

	AMB in future intends to diversify its activities within IT sector and beyond if opportunity arises Within IT Sector: Cover emerging engineering CAD/CAE softwares beyond Electrical Engineering. Start core development of softwares, mainly in Electrical Engineering. Work on Documentation Management. Outside IT Sector: Core development of any software is both man and money intensive. AMB has good infrastructure-needs generation of adequate finance, and hence Business in other prospective sector. AMB is on the look-out of suitable opportunities.
